Come and join us as we gather together as women. Perhaps you’d enjoy the buzz and energy of a “Simply event?”. Look out for Word and Worship evenings; and fun Quiz evenings and Film sing-a-longs where we can all get together. There are plenty of ways for women to gather together in smaller groups.

We hold regular Day Retreats (Fourteen). We’ve also got a book club (Activate), a writing group (Exposition) a mentoring programme (Inspire) and a penpal scheme partnering with women in Zambia.

Our latest Simply event was a Word and Worship evening. What a gift to the women - we had a great evening! Luxurious hot chocolate, Billionaire’s shortbread, time to talk, to pray, and to worship together. Time to listen to truths from the Bible. Based on Proverbs 31:26 “When she speaks she has something worthwhile to say and she always says it kindly”, Catrina brought a message to the women about the power of our words. Words can either break or make our relationships and friendships with each other. Words break relationships when we criticise, gossip and speak unkindly to other women. But words can also make relationships (bringing life, love and hope) when we choose them carefully and use them kindly.
