Kerith Community Church : Exposition

We are a company of people whose lives are shaped by the Living Word of God. In Hebrews the bible is described as living and active, sharper than any double-edged sword, judging the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Spoken words are like mists that vanish as memories fade, whereas the written word has a life that remains. Words can inform, captivate, inspire, amuse, challenge, take us on journeys through history and culture. Words can weave imaginary tales of impossible feats or capture an emotion through metaphor or verse.
What is Exposition? Exposition is a writing group. You will have the opportunity to join with a group of other women who would like to grow in the art of writing. Join us as we discover our voice and explore and participate in different projects.
When do we meet? Meet once a month on the third Friday of the month at the Kerith Centre to write together and share our work.
Who can join this group? Anyone who would like to learn from others and is willing to try something new.
What will we be doing? We will journal, report, narrate, write for different audiences like contributing to the website or a short series of bible reflections for the Unique group. Members will need to make a commitment to participate and write something every month.
