| prayer retreat 2009 | | I just wanted to say what a wonderful day I had yesterday at the prayer retreat led by Liz Babbs. It was a real treat (almost a play on words!!) to have permission to stop and not be worrying about whether everyone was fed or whether the mum taxi had to be anywhere. If it happens again (and I hope it does) I would highly recommend you go. The setting was beautiful and we were blessed with beautiful weather as well. Many thanks to all those who worked so hard to make it happen.

So wonderful, so amazing - just what I needed! I really was in the 'right place' for the day, and so ready to let go and receive from God. Esther excelled her self in organising the food, even catoring for all my annoying requirements. Thank you to everyone who did so much on the day and before the day, and to Liz Babbs for sharing so openly to us.
| It was a gift of a day for me too! I had a fab time. Thank you for spoiling me. Wonderful to be with so many women with such a hunger for God. Bless you as you learn how to be a 'SpaceMaster' managing time and space like the Master - Jesus. x
| A wonderful day, it restored some of my sanity! Thank you to everyone who worked so hard.

| I had a great sense of anticipation and desire to make an investment of time to connect for longer and to go deeper into God's presence. I travel hundreds of miles each month and my job takes me to different places and people continuously so to stop and ponder was magnificient. I know that our five hour oasis took many days to prepare so thank you for those with the vision to lead us and to Liz for your example.
| I wasn't sure what I was letting myself in for when signing up for the 'Prayer Retreat' (!) but I am soooo glad that I took the courage to step out of that box and do something different. Liz Babbs was an excellent speaker, so accesible and I learnt some really simple stuff about how to really listen to God. The surroundings were perfect and it was a rare treat to just spend an hour in silence with space and time to hear God's voice. Thank you to all those who spent so long preparing and serving us.
| For me it was a day of experiencing the Father's love, which is so precious for me to have and experience since my earthly father died when I was only 7.
The weather, the venue, Liz Babbs, and all the girls were wonderful and I was so relaxed and at ease, suprisingly!
